Customer Support

With the urgent nature of patient and community care, we take pride in addressing all concerns quickly and accurately. The Clinical Application Specialists assist with technical issues, have a wealth of clinical expertise and for your convenience are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Field Application Specialists

Field Application Specialists are specialized BioFire employees who ensure customer satisfaction during the initial installation and verification process of the FilmArray System. Your Field Application Specialist will provide appropriate training and ensure your team is ready to use the FilmArray and selected panels.

Clinical Implementation Managers

Clinical Implementation Managers provide FilmArray education to physicians, pharmacists, infection preventionists and ancillary staff. Clinical Implementation Managers may provide clinical information, relate first-hand FilmArray experience and assist in the integration of new panels within your hospital system.
